About T4C

Who we are.
Jack McMahan and Luke Fiur founded Trucks for Charities, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) charitable organization) after their sophomore year at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas. Their initial goal was to gain experience in operating an actual business, and do something good for the community at the same time.
Their initial idea of using their pick-up trucks to make deliveries for local charities took off right from the very beginning, and they knew they were on to something immediately. As a result, T4C has grown rapidly into more of an all-around transportation and delivery service for local charities and governmental entities (that provide charitable aid).
The three main services provided to local charities include: Rides, Moves & Deliveries with the goal of completing behind-the-scenes, time-consuming tasks that help lighten the burden of our nonprofit partners' day-to-day operations...or perhaps providing a new, meaningful service to help those in need.
A Ride might be taking someone in need to a doctor's appointment or job interview. A Move might be helping someone move from a homeless encampment to temporary or permanent housing. And a Delivery might be picking up and delivering supplies, products, or donations.
T4C's growing number of Nonprofit Partners include Mobile Loaves and Fishes and its Community First! Village. In addition, T4C provides a variety of transportation services for the City of Austin and its HEAL (Housing-Focused Encampment Assistance Link) Initiative and its MoveOutATX program..
Not only do Jack and Luke intend to grow the number of charities served in the Austin, Texas area, but they also plan to expand to additional T4C chapters at other high schools across Texas and other states.
